Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains the terms under which payments are collected, processed, and managed by Colourz Chem. By placing an order or making a transaction with us, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Colourz Chem accepts the following secure payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (ICICI Bank)

• UPI / Digital Payment

• NEFT / RTGS

• Cash or Offline Payment (only for approved local transactions)

Credit card payments may be considered based on agreement.

2. Payment Confirmation

Orders will be processed only after full or agreed advance payment is received.
Payment confirmation may require sharing a transaction receipt or screenshot for verification.

For bulk or repeated orders, credit terms may be discussed privately with management.

3. Advance Payment Requirements

• Standard orders require 50% advance and the remaining amount before dispatch.

• Custom shades, special dyes, or made-to-order products require 100% advance payment, as they are non-returnable.

• Advance terms may vary depending on order size and business relationship.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All product prices are subject to:

• GST (as applicable)

• Transportation or courier charges

• Packing charges (if applicable)

Quoted prices may change due to raw material fluctuations or market conditions.
Final invoice amount will be communicated clearly before payment.

5. Non-Payment & Delayed Payment

In case of delayed payment:

• Shipment may be held until payment is cleared

• Future orders may require full advance

• Repeated non-payment may result in cancellation of business terms

Any fraudulent or suspicious payment will be reported to authorities.

6. Refunds for Payments

Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where:

• The order cannot be fulfilled due to internal manufacturing issues

• A genuine quality issue is verified by our technical team

• Cancellation is approved before production begins

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

7. Billing & Invoices

All orders will receive a proper GST invoice containing:

• Buyer details

• Product description & quantity

• GST breakup

• Total payable amount

• Payment method

Invoices must be checked upon receipt. Any correction request must be reported within 24 hours.
