Return & Refund Policy

At ColourzChem, we are committed to delivering high-quality acid dyes and chemical products to our customers. Each order is carefully processed, tested, and packed to ensure accuracy and consistency. However, since our products fall under chemical and industrial use categories, returns and refunds are handled under strict guidelines for safety and compliance.

1. Returns Policy

• Returns are accepted only in cases of incorrect product delivery, damaged goods, or manufacturing defects.

• The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos as proof.

• Returned products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

• Products that are opened, tampered with, or partially used cannot be returned due to safety and contamination concerns.

• Customized bulk orders or made-to-order batches are not eligible for return.

2. Replacement Policy

• If the return request is approved, we will process a replacement of the product at no extra cost.

• Replacement is subject to product availability. In case the product is unavailable, we may offer an alternate product or process a refund.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided or if the issue is verified from our end.

• Refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is on our side.

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.

• Once the manufacturing or packaging process has started, cancellation may not be possible.

• Bulk or customised orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Opened or used chemical products

• Damaged packaging due to customer handling

• Products exposed to moisture, sunlight, or improper storage

• Bulk / custom production batches

• Clearance stock or discounted items
